This consolidated version of Copyright Act 2021 incorporated amendments introduced by the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 (Act No. 31 of 2022), which entered into force on different dates. Section 6 of the said amending Act No. 31 of 2022 introduced amendments (in force from 01/11/2022) to the following provisions of this consolidated version: - Section 193 (subsections (1) and (2) deleted). - Section 285(2)(a). - Section 301(1)(a). - Section 377(2) (paragraph (b) deleted).
