This Revised Edition 2020 of the Registered Designs Act 2000 takes into account to the "The Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018) (Act No. 34 of 2018), which entered into force on different dates. Part 3 of the said amending Act No. 34 of 2018 added a new Part 6A (Assistance by Border Authorities) and amended section 73 under Part 7 (Miscellaneous and General Provisions) of the said Revised Edition.
